Developed in Brazil in 1993, VHP sugar is a "hi-pol" raw sugar designed for high efficiency in transport and refining.

    • Polarization (Sucrose): Minimum 99.4% (often up to 99.8%).

    • ICUMSA Rating: Typically between 600 and 1200 units.

    • Moisture Content: Maximum 0.15%.

    • Solubility: 95% to 100% dry and free-flowing.

  • Primary Uses:

    • Refining Input: The primary raw material for producing ICUMSA 45 white refined sugar.
